

Parry Casto is an elementary teacher at Central City Elementary. In his free time, he also fronts the funk, party-rock band, The M.F.B. as the colorful personality, Funkle Sam. He also founder, manager and producer of Funktafest, a community music & arts festival held at the Ritter amphitheater each year. In his time off from that, Parry enjoys spending time and traveling with family, playing in the Jewel City Kickball league, attending college athletics, creating original music, and being involved creatively in assortment of stage and video projects. He's looking forward to using his carving skills to make a one-of-a-kind pumpkin that will wow the judges!
Kick-off Halloween season with Huntington Children's Museum's 4th annual Pumpkin Carving Contest!
All contestants will have an hour to carve their masterpieces unless YOU decide to donate to extend their carving time. Additional minutes up to 30 minutes are available for $10 a minute NOW!
Contestants who raise $600 before the event will be permitted to choose a partner to assist with the competition!
